Citrus Signings Mobile Notary Public and Data Services is located in Orange County, California. We will travel to you! Areas include: Orange County, Riverside County, Los Angeles County, and San Bernadino County. Our notary services encompass acknowledgments, jurats, apostille facilitation, power of attorney, wills, trusts, and other documents requiring that state seal; we can meet you within our service area to assist with completing those for all those important needs.

We also offer business and personal records organization; whether you need offsite storage for those required retention periods for your business or you just need to get a handle on that pile of mail on your kitchen table, we can assist with getting all of that straightened out.

At this time, our availability is mostly nights and weekends, but we are open to making other arrangements for the right task. Feel free to reach out and ask about times that would work for you and your needs.

Citrus Signings was founded and is run by Rachel Reges, fka Rachel Pieper Decker. She has her degree in Library Science with a specialization in Archives and Records Management. She took the California Notary Public Exam in June 2023 and received her commission from the state in September 2023. Rachel consults individuals on both personal and business record organization, maintenance, storage and other needs in regards to the data, in both physical and digital form. Attention to detail is one of her super powers. Professionally, Rachel has worked in film, tv, and video games in a variety of project management, coordinator, and advisor/researcher roles.
